UN Women has shared information on their upcoming Feminist Plan for Sustainability and Social Justice project.

The Plan is now set to launch in early September, ahead of the opening of the UN General Assembly. In the meantime, we are hosting two events in key international spaces, the first of which is taking place next week. Below are details on the events – please join us and share widely with your networks!

  • Countdown event for the Generation Equality Forum on Tuesday, 29 June at 8.30 EST/14.30 CEST. Featuring Mignon Duffy, Ofelia Fernandez, Shalmali Guttal, Magdalena Sepulveda, and Crystal Simeoni.
  • High-Level Political Forum 2021 Side Event: Roadmap to address the interlocking crises of care, jobs and the environment to achieve the promise of the SDGs. Taking place on Tuesday, 6 July 1:00–2:30 pm (EDT), this event will showcase optimal policies, financing strategies and partnerships that lay the foundation for recovery and achieving Agenda 2030.
